Payment Methods -
Credit cards: Visa and Mastercard accepted. We will verify the credit card to the billing address if it doesn't match the order will not be processed.
We do not accept: checks, money orders, cashiers checks or cash.
We are not accepting Paypal at this time.
Canceling of an order must be done by phone or email within 2 hours or before the order is processed, past that point it will then be treated as a Refused Order.
Halloween Town cannot guarantee mint condition packaging through shipping on ALL toys and collectibles.
We do our very best to insure proper packing on all shipments to avoid any damage, and do not ship any products which appear to be damaged.
Though through transit, some product packaging can be received slightly damaged. Halloween Town is not responsible for any such damages.
INTERNET ORDER RETURN AND SHIPPING POLICIES:
If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us within 2 days of receipt of item.
If you would like to request a refund or exchange you must first contact us by email for approval at Halloweentown7@aol.com
DO NOT return items without prior approval, deliveries will be refused and sender is responsible for all shipping charges incurred.
On all returns, only the price of the item is eligible for a refund, the customer is responsible for ALL shipping charges, both original and return, and a 25% restocking fee will be charged for all returns
Approved returns must be unopened and in unused condition; items missing parts or packaging, or items that are damaged or used will not be eligible for a refund.
Returns must be shipped through a traceable shipping method to the correct address.
If you return the item without the ability to track the delivery and we don't receive the item, we will not be responsible for refunding the order.
Orders 'Returned to Sender' by the carrier includes but is not limited to: orders in which the customer provided an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer is not available for delivery, or the order is refused by the customer.
If a refund is denied based on the above criteria, we will NOT automatically call and/or return the item to you.
Refused or returned shipments will be charged for original and return postage fees along with a 25% restocking fee
If any charges are incurred to us due to an address input mistake on the customer's part but are corrected en route by the carrier, the Address Correction Fee will be billed to the customer's card without notice.
The following items are non-returnable under any circumstances:
- Costumes and accessories
- Undergarments, intimate apparel, socks and stockings
- Shoes & Boots
- Books, CD's and DVD's
- Wigs, beards, facial hair or any other artificial hair including hair pieces, headbands, barrettes, hair accessories,and Hats with attached hair
- Prosthetics, fangs or any other fake teeth
- Cosmetics, makeup, fake blood, fake eyelashes
- Pet costumes
- Used or damaged items
- Special order or made to order items
Returns are typically processed within two weeks of when we receive the item back. During the Halloween season (September to November), this process can take up to 4 weeks.
We are currently NOT shipping internationally.
After years of using UPS exclusively we are now offering US Postal Priority Mail shipping as a less expensive shipping option to our customers.
Though there is a definite price difference, there are also big differences with the level of services offered by the respective couriers that we want to point out.
UPS shipments are automatically insured for the amount of the purchased items and also have the ability to be tracked in detail.
UPS also has a great track record with us of taking care of lost or damaged packages.
Priority mail is not trackable online, and insurance must be purchased as a separate option when choosing the shipping option in the checkout process
- It is up to the customer to choose this option or lose the opportunity to claim insurance if the package is not delivered or is damaged.
If your package is lost or damaged - It is up to the customer to file an insurance claim and follow up with the Post Office.
We have recently implemented USPS Express Mail international, which features 3-5 business day delivery (not including order processing time), and is trackable like UPS, This is a comparable service to UPS international that may provide a better rate for you.
Due to the proven track record,if you are making a larger and/or more delicate purchase, we still suggest UPS for the additional security of your shipment.
UPS shipment speeds vary depending on the distance from the shipment's origin, but Priority Mail claims to deliver to most areas of the US in 2-3 days for a reasonable price.
We are currently NOT shipping internationally.
If your country is not under the drop-down selector when choosing a shipping option, then we are not offering service to you yet. Please sign up to our mailing list in order to be notified when we expand our shipping, or send us an email with your request.
Please be aware of the customs charges your country may charge you for your order. Halloween Town is not resonsible for theses charges and have no way of determining what they may be.
We will normally process your order in 1- 5 business days of receipt. Additional to that, allow up to 5 UPS ground business days for your package to be delivered, or 2-3 business days for Priority Mail.
Processing time is subject to change during October and December. The new shipping time frames will be posted for this busy period.
UPS will not deliver to PO boxes.
Hawaii and Alaska:
Now available with Priority Mail, lower 48 states only at this time via UPS
APO and Military: Not available at this time
Please note: Product styles (colors, fabrics, etc.) are subject to change without notice, due to the manufacturer's production. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control. We do our best to catch these issues before they arise, however, the manufacturers do not always notify us of these variations.
