Shorty the Klown, is the smallest to appear in the film, but not in the entire Klown Squad. That title is held by 'Tiny', who remains unseen throughout the film. With green hair coming out of his head and a yellow suit, introduced with Rudy and Jumbo when walking to Crescent Cove.
